Integra Telecom on Thursday announced naming a new chief financial officer: Jesse Selnick.
Selnick previously served as a managing director at Blackstone, the investment and advisory firm with $166 billion in assets under management. During his more than 15-year career, he has led initiatives in the areas of financial and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure and financing, according to Integra Telecom.
As a proven leader with highly relevant expertise in our markets, Jesse will be a strategic asset to our leadership team and key advisor to our growth strategies, while strengthening our relationships with the financial community,” said Kevin OHara, chief executive officer of Integra Telecom, in a statement.
Raime Merriman, a spokesperson with Integra Telecom, said the company hasn’t had a CFO in a few years. Integra Telecom formalized Selnick’s appointment earlier this week during a board meeting.
“Having spent much of my career in an advisory capacity, I welcome the opportunity to roll up my sleeves alongside Integras first-rate leadership team and focus my energies on advancing the companys financial trajectory and strategic development,” Selnick said.
