Broadview Adds Channel, Account Managers
The new additions will help partners with the selling process, and focus on customer retention and upselling.

CLOUD PARTNERS Broadview Networks (Booth 304) said on Tuesday it has added new channel and account managers to expand geographic coverage and grow its partner program.
The new managers report to Donna Wenk, vice president of alternate channels. They focus on the New England, New York City, Northern and Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metro areas, helping Broadview partners with sales.
Broadview also said it has developed a team of account managers that works just on customer retention and upselling. The team reports to Keith Nelson, director of account development, who previously served as a regional sales director at Broadview.
