Broadvox Adds Call Bursting to SIP Trunking

Broadvox has released call bursting as an optional feature for its SIP trunking products.

Call bursting lets users add call sessions to accommodate peak calling times, such as when schools declare a snow day.

Broadvox developed the call bursting capability in response to a request from channel partner Rival5 Technologies Corp. The call bursting “resulted in securing new business,” said Tony Brncich, CEO of Rival5.
