Broadvox, a provider of customized SIP Trunking solutions for SMBs and enterprises, announced new service options and reduced prices, which will benefit customers as well as Broadvox VARs due to simplified quoting and ordering. With product repackaging and restructured pricing, Broadvox anticipates continued growth in a rapidly expanding market.

GO!Anywhere is the mainstay of the Broadvox SIP Trunking products, delivering all the benefits of legacy phone service and saving up to 70 percent of telecom costs versus TDM systems, said the company. GO!Anywhere includes unlimited local and long-distance calling in the United States and Canada. Pricing is based on a per-concurrent-call-session basis with a minimum purchase of three. Customers may choose month-to-month service or achieve greater savings with a one-, two- or three-year service agreement. The setup fee is waived for a three year agreement. To order GO!Anywhere, the customer is required only to determine the number of concurrent calls needed. Other options include DIDs, LNP, E911, 411, directory listing and inbound toll-free minutes.

GO!Local, the newest Broadvox SIP Trunking product, provides unlimited local calling. It is best for customers with minimal long-distance requirements or those who wish to control their long-distance usage. Pricing is based on flat-rates-per-concurrent-call session, the minimum purchase is three and setup fees are waived for three-year service agreements. Customers can purchase the desired amounts of long-distance or inbound toll-free minutes to round out the service.

GO!Domestic, the Broadvox solution for call centers, customer support and companies that rely on dedicated long-distance T1s, received a price reduction. Toll-Free numbers are available as add-ons to this product.

The options for the preceding products are all part of GO!Xtras. GO!Xtras includes Extra Toll-Free (XTF) numbers, Enhanced Local Numbers (ELNs), DIDs, E911 and Directory listing options.

GO!Broadband provides the various broadband connection types requested by customers and VARs. Connectivity options include ADSL, SDSL, fractional T1s, T1s and DS3s. Purchasing connectivity is not required to achieve the cost savings and application benefits of the Broadvox SIP Trunking products. Customers may continue with their current broadband provider; however, Broadvox will work to certify that the bandwidth quality is sufficient to support a converged network. Existing broadband will also be analyzed to ensure that latency and jitter meet Broadvox standards.
