* Paul B. Domorski has been appointed president and CEO of RSL Communications Ltd.
(www.rslcom.com), succeeding Itzhak Fisher, who remains as a consultant to the company’s board of directors.
Domorski had been president of British Telecom Syncordia Solutions
(www.syncordia.bt.com) since 1997. Syncordia is BT’s worldwide value-added solutions business, covering outsourcing, network integration, consultancy, customer relationship management
(CRM) and e-commerce.
* John Gibbons was appointed TMC Communications
(www.tmccom.com) president. TMC is an agent-driven reseller in Santa Barbara, Calif. Gibbons, who fills a position vacated by Bernadette Richardson, has agreed also to be the board’s vice chairman. He has been on the board since TMC’s 1997
relaunch. He has served as president and CEO of the Sports Club Co. (www.thesportsclub.com), a developer and operator of luxury sports and fitness clubs.
* Colorado-based carrier ICG Communications Inc.
(www.icgcom.com) has appointed Terry Wingfield executive vice president of sales and marketing, replacing Pamela Jacobson, who resigned in August.
Jacobson will continue to consult ICG.
Wingfield had been ICG’s executive vice president of corporate development.
