OneStar Completes Acquisition

OneStar Long Distance Inc., Evansville, Ind., has completed its acquisition of the
customer base of Cellnet Telecommunications of Michigan LLC, Madison Heights, Mich., doing
business as C-Net Communications. C-Net Communications is an affiliate of Cellnet
Communications Inc., a provider of cellular/wireless and paging services. Services
provided by Cellnet Communications are not affected by the transaction between OneStar and
C-Net Communications.
