Buyers United Changes Name to UCN Inc.

UCN Inc. (Booth 511) has changed its corporate name from Buyers United Inc. to UCN Inc. and now trades its common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board under the UCNN symbol.

Executives say the new name reflects the companys focus on developing and marketing on-demand contact management software applications, epitomized by the inContact product line, which is delivered over a VoIP network.

UCN says it is changing the way applications are delivered and priced for the contact center marketplace, or for any business or department seeking to improve how it manages the productivity and quality of its customer contact opportunities.
