Cablevision Extends Business VoIP Up to 24 Lines

Cablevision Systems Corp. announced Wednesday that it is now offering up to 24 lines of its Optimum Voice phone service to serve businesses with up to 100 employees.

The VoIP service is available for sale through the company’s indirect sales channel.

Each Optimum Voice line features flat-rate pricing, unlimited local and long-distance calling within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada with no hidden fees or taxes and 14 business calling features at no additional charge, such as enhanced voice mail, find me, rollover hunting and three-way calling. Businesses can manage all features, call details and voice mail, from the Optimum Voice Business portal available on the Web.

Optimum Voice is part of the Optimum Business offering, which also includes Optimum Online Internet access. Lines one through three cost $34.95. Lines four to 24 are available for $29.95 per line. However, the company presently is running a promotion on sales of the voice-Internet bundle wherein the first three lines also are $29.95 for the first year.

Optimum Online Boost with Static IP is available for an additional $24.95 per month. Optimum Online Ultra, with downstream speeds up to 101mbps, is available for $99.95 per month.
