AT&T Partner Solutions has a new marketing team led by Matt Hickey. He holds the title of vice president, a commitment to marketing that AT&T says takes it to "the next level."
Hickey has deep experience in the public sector and with FirstNet, a first-responder network that's a partnership between AT&T and the U.S. government.
Hickey is a 30-year veteran of the carrier.
TD Synnex promoted Simon Bennett (pictured) to managing director, advanced solutions, UK&I. His last role was senior director, enterprise software and cloud, in the region.
Bennett replaces Matt Child, who will step into the shoes left by SVP of digital, Europe, Andy Gass, who is retiring.
Denise Millard, who helped launch the EMC Velocity program, the company's first partner program, is the new head of Dell global channel strategy and programs. She assumes the role vacated by Rola Dagher, who left to "pursue other opportunities."
Dell plans to combine its partner program, strategy and operations teams under Millard's leadership.

U.K.-based Park Place Technologies, the global data center and networking optimization firm, appointed Ian Anderson to senior director, channel sales, EMEA.
Anderson brings 30 years of experience to the role. His last job was head of support services at Telefonica Tech. Other career stops include HP and HPE.
José Van Dijk is the new channel leader for EMEA at Cisco. She takes over for Elizabeth de Dobbeleer, who took a new position in the company's global transformation office earlier this year.
Based in Amsterdam, Van Dijk will report to Oliver Tuszik, who recently stepped aside as global channel leader to become president of EMEA.
Cisco says 90% of its bookings go through partners, making Van Dijk's role that much more critical. Learn more here.
Based in Dallas, Christopher Jackson is a new regional sales manager for AireSpring, the cloud and managed services provider.
He spent the last four years as VP of channel sales at SpectrumVoiP.
It's been a busy month for Procure IT, adding several pieces to its team.
First up is Jordan Solender (left), to lead development of the company's customer experience platform. He has title of managing partner with Procure IT.
Then there's Dylan Bouterse (middle), a RapidScale and TierPoint alum, who will head up the company's cybersecurity practice.
Finally, there's William Hiatt (right), Procure IT's new head of operations. He will oversee the implementation and management of Procure IT's business strategy.
Procure IT is a data-driven, IT procurement-as-a-service provider formed by the merger of four tech advisory partners earlier this year.
Exclaimer, which provides an email signature management solution, named Shawn Berry global head of distribution. His job will be to expand the company's relationships with tech services distributors.
His last gig was at Hiya, but he also brings extensive experience from Jenne, NetFortris, Telarus and more.
After 10 months at Motus, Angelica Rivera is off to Epic IO, where she is a partner marketing and global events manager.
You might also know her from more than two years at Telarus.
Perhaps known best for his years at Google and Cisco, Fer Oliviera joins the team at cloud service provider Digital Ocean.
His title is vice president of partnerships. He has previously held roles as head of partner sales and head of solutions at other companies.
Darktrace, the cybersecurity company, named Scott Strubel to lead its Americas partner organization.
Strubel comes to Darktrace after four years at Hitachi Vantara. You might also know him from Commvault and NetApp.
Security company Cyware named Boyar Naito its new senior director of partnerships and business development.
Before Cyware, Naito was with Google for more than 15 years. His last position there was principal of commercial business development. He negotiated and closed more than $2 billion in total contract value of cloud commercial agreements, Cyware said.

RapidScale, a Cox Business company, named Maren Wanggaard a new national channel manager.
Wanggaard has been part of the Cox team for four years, also bringing experience from Innovative Business Solutions and another cableco, Comcast Business, to the managed cloud service provider.
Nikhil Harsh is the new senior VP of sales and revenue operations at Cytracom, which offers security, networking products and more exclusively to managed service providers.
Before Cytracom, Harsh spent nearly six years at Datto, and most recently more than a year-and-a-half at Alloy.
You're looking at Donna Torres, the new chief revenue officer at CloudM, the U.K.-based cloud software provider. She has responsibility for sales, marketing and customer service teams.
Torres worked at Xero for nearly 10 years, finishing there as VP of Planday, a Xero company.
Jamison Powell is the new national director of channel development at GTT, the managed network and security services provider.
Powell comes from Spectrotel, where he was a senior channel manager. You might also know him from Bigleaf, Windstream and Earthlink Business.
Mel Melara was promoted by Bridgepointe Technologies to senior vice president of data center and cloud.
A four-and-a-half year veteran of the company, Melara most recently was a VP of sales. His other career stops include Masergy and Qwest Communications.
Channel sales manager is Emily Champagne's title at Verve Cloud, an integrated communications platform using cloud-hosted phone, chat, contact center and analytics.
Champagne joins the company after more than a year at BCM One. She's also an alum of Telesystem and Gartner.
Rich Morris is the new mid-Atlantic channel manager at Adlumin, the security operations platform.
He most recently was partner alliance manager at LiveAction. QOS Networks, NetFortris and EarthLink Internet are three of his previous employers.
Based in New York City, Morgan Barry is the newest inside partner sales manager for Comcast Business.
Barry joins the cableco after nearly nine years at Intelisys.
Jay Shellem just landed as a national channel sales manager at APX, the data network design and management provider.
Former employers include CT Solutions, IntelePeer and Verizon, to name a few.
Agilitas IT Solutions, the global channel services provider, named a new CEO. It's John Hayes-Warren, who has 30 years of experience in the technology channel.
He has held the position of CRO for the past year.
Logicalis, Vodafone and VMware are some of his previous employers.
Saddleback Communications, the Arizona-based provider of internet, voice and cloud communications, added four new leaders.

Tony Beller is the new global channel leader at Tanium, the cybersecurity and systems management company.
Beller most recently was with Cloud Software Group, formed last year as a combination of Citrix, Tibco and a handful of other companies.

Partner growth manager is Sean Henning's new title at RingLogix, the white-label VoIP platform.
Henning's telecom roots go back to the '90s. His most recent jobs have been with the likes of Epic IO, BullsEye Telecom and Intrado.
Say hi to Marc Magliano, who takes the channel reins at Snom, the business communications and IP phone provider.
As VP, channel business, he will "steer Snom towards enhanced market positioning and collaborative success," the company said.

Sean McGinn joins the SmartBear team as senior VP of global indirect sales and worldwide partners. His last job was global head of partnerships at Tamr, the data products company.
McGinn's career highlights include 12 years in various business development and partnership roles at SAP. He also called Virtustream and Enterasys Networks home.
SmartBear provides automation, development and monitoring tools to testing and development teams.
Jamie Pomeroy (pictured) is the new director of support at Viirtue, the wholesale voice and UCaaS provider. He comes from Verano, where he spent nearly five years as director of customer care.

That's Doug Ding on the left. His title is VP of operations. His last job was senior practice director for workforce management at human capital management firm UGK. He led the professional services organization there. He will be responsible for Otava's professional services and support strategy.
On the right is Brian Hoekelman, Otava's new VP of product and business development. His last role was VP of product at Faction, a multicloud management platform provider.
Nasuni, the hybrid cloud storage provider, named Asim Zaheer (left) its new chief marketing officer. He is responsible for scaling Nasuni's global go-to-market strategy. His last job was CMO of Glassbox and he spent 10 years at Hitachi Vantara.
