Gold-certified Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) partner INX Inc. (INXI) has acquired Cisco VAR, NetTeks Technology Consultants, based in Boston.
The acquisition expands the Houston-based VAR’s reach into the Northeast. The deal includes $1.35 million in cash and 30,770 shares of INX common stock.
