Conferencing that is easy to use, with bonus features such as polling, now are available from Citizens Conferencing (Booth 524) through their new Automated Operator Meet Me service.

The new assisted audio call service allows participants to access their conference by dialing a predesignated number and a passcode. Participants will be asked to provide personal information such as name and company before they automatically are entered into the call. With Automated Operator Meet Me, leaders and speakers will call into different predesignated numbers where a Citizens Conferencing operator will greet them and announce them into the call.

The offering was launched recently to meet customer demand for such services, explains Shannon Bradley, marketing manager for the company.

Our customers were looking for a service to facilitate a quicker initiation of large port calls, says Bradley, Automated Operator Meet Me answers this demand. The new service allows participants to quickly enter an assisted call. The experience is not unlike an unassisted call, however, services like participant lists, question-and-answer sessions and polling are available with Automated Operator Meet Me, adds Bradley.

Citizens Conferencing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Communications, supplies a full line of conferencing services including audio, video, Web and Webcasting product to several major markets served include legal, financial, investor relations, training, retail, telecommunications and advertising.
