New Reseller Rolls Out dial2talk
Conferencing

Massachusetts-based reseller
dial2talk launched in June its business selling low-cost conferencing based on a
resale agreement with Synamics.

dial2talk is targeting nonprofit
associations and smaller companies that don’t meet the volume requirements of
large providers. "Our conference calling is as easy to use as making a
standard call — you’re just connecting more people together," says
president Jean McCullough, who comes to the business after 18 years directing
customer care for several North American and international accounts.

"The biggest challenge in
launching dial2talk is getting people to understand that conference calling is
for anyone who wants to talk with more than one person at a time. That could be
an important business call or simply family members wanting to talk together.
dial2talk offers affordable rates, personal service, and top quality for
businesses as well as individuals."

dial2talk Conferencing requires no
advance reservation, no operator and is available any time. Calls cost 10 cents
per minute per person. There are no setup fees or extra charges.

The service is sold through the
dial2talk Website and also through agents. Three agents already are selling the
service with a fourth expected to come on soon, McCullough says. They are
targeting legal, consulting and service sectors and are "making inroads
with network marketing."

McCullough says dial2talk also will
be adding other telephony services to its portfolio by the end of the year.
