Eagan, Minn.-based ConvergeOne is buying G3 Technology Partners, a business communications and professional services company. ConvergeOne provides integrated data, communications, collaboration, and customer-interaction solutions.

"G3 Technology Partners and [Indianapolis-based] ConvergeOne share the same philosophy about employee and customer satisfaction, and are proven as systems integrators in a multivendor environment," said John McKenna, chairman and CEO of ConvergeOne. "The addition of G3 to ConvergeOne further expands our offerings, enabling us to continue to drive business growth while delivering optimum return on investment and the highest level of personalized service to our customers."

"We were looking for a strategic partner that would enhance the breadth of offerings to our clients and prospects," said Pete DiPaola, president and CEO of G3 Technology Partners. "At the same time, we wanted to partner with a company that matched our corporate philosophies of building strong partnerships with our clients, and that understood the value of a dedicated and skilled workforce. We found all of these qualities in the ConvergeOne organization."

ConvergeOne’s other holdings include NACR, one of the largest Avaya channel partners worldwide. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
