Corvisa, the Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based cloud-services provider, has named three new leaders to support its growth.

First is Jon Heaps, appointed senior vice president of global channel sales. He will oversee Corvisa’s global channel sales strategy and partner relationships. Heaps is a familiar name in the channel, with more than 20 years of experience in sales and distribution with technology and telecommunications providers, including more than 11 years with inContact, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth through channel programs. Heaps also formerly held leadership roles at master agent CarrierSales, Touch America and Qwest Communications.

Also new to Corvisa is Greg Wright, who will be responsible for Corvisa’s worldwide enterprise sales initiatives in his new job as senior VP of enterprise sales. Wright has more than 20 years of strategy development, leadership and enterprise software experience. Previously, he was the managing director of EMEA at Workfront, the project-management software developer. Before that, Wright, too, worked for inContact, where he was vice president of sales, EMEA. He built the inContact EMEA business from the ground up and was responsible for managing the company’s largest European channel relationship.

Joe Olson will serve as senior vice president of customer excellence. In that role, he will lead Corvisa’s customer experience strategy for implementation, support and professional services. Olson most recently was executive vice president and general manager for enterprise workforce management (WFM) for Empower Software Solutions. He has more than 20 years of software industry experience, including 14 years at RedPrairie (now JDA Software Group), where he was in sales, services and global product development.

“Jon, Greg and Joe are experienced leaders with proven track records of performance in the technology space,” said Corvisa CEO Lance Anderson. “The addition of these three leaders completes the executive team needed to drive rapid growth for Corvisa both near term and in the years ahead.”

Corvisa combines contact-center software, business-phone systems and connectivity services in its Summit development platform. The company’s new channel program, which launched in February, makes Summit available globally through partners. Among the telecom master agents, consultants and referral partners already on board are CarrierSales, PlanetOne, PeakView Communications, Infinite Green and DataVoice Connect.
