In this mornings special address, Brad Bono plans to discuss the evolution of partnerships between network services and CPE providers in an effort to create an end-to-end solution for end users.

Bono has spearheaded the creation of such partnerships for PAETEC Communications, where he serves as co-COO. Bono also has served the CLEC, which he co-founded, in various executive roles for the past six years. He also has held executive posts at other communications firms, such as ACC Telecom and Vista International Communications Inc.

Telecommunication networks are increasingly becoming more and more complex, notes Bono. As a result of this, CIOs look to systems that are fully integrated and robust enough to handle todays unique demands.

Buying piece-part solutions, he says, makes integration more complex. In contrast, solutions providers that offer end users turnkey solutions relieve them of the integration burden.

Bonos presentation will focus on the importance of relationships between service providers and VARs and interconnects in satisfying end users search for a full suite of services. He will share his companys experience in enabling such partnerships, reasons why PAETEC has been successful as well as why others should embrace this strategy not only for the success of the agent channel, but also for the future of the industry.
