CRG West (Booth 224) earlier this year completed interconnectivity of its One Wilshire Building at 624 S. Grand in Los Angeles to its 55 S. Market location in San Jose, Calif., and also added a around-the-clock network operations center to the San Jose location. Both moves broaden CRG West’s portfolio, offering more opportunities for its agent channel, says Timothy Doherty, CRG West managing director.

Agent residual for CRG West is typically in the5 to 10 percent range of the total consideration, says Doherty. While the company relies on the agent to supply the lead in such scenarios, CRG West does 99 percent of the work and closes the deals, he adds.

CRG West offers meet-me rooms, collocations, and operations and technical support for The Carlyle Group. An operating partner of The Carlyle Group, CRG West was formed in 2001 to oversee and enhance strategic telecom assets managed by Carlyle Realty Group.
