CTI Group announced its call recording solution SmartRecord has received certification for integration with the Avaya Aura IP communications platform, adding a feature-rich call recording component to the Avaya technology.

SmartRecord is a Web-based, highly scalable and multi-tenant call recording platform designed to operate in both traditional and virtualized environments. It features extensive multi-tenancy, which offers flexible administration to support different divisional and department requirements, and the ability to categorize calls automatically to synchronize and simplify business processes to improve workflow. In addition, the platform offers dual-tone multi-frequency media clip generation, through which users can create media clips with automatic e-mail distribution capabilities simply by entering a simple soft key sequence at the beginning and end of relevant conversations.

The integration with Avaya Aura expands our ability to serve carriers and large enterprises which have a growing requirement for a multi-switch, multi-platform centralized recording environment,” said John Birbeck, President and CEO of CTI Group, in a release announcing the certification. When integrated with Avaya Aura, the CTI Group telemanagement application suite delivers an integrated workflow solution designed to support the daily business processes of Avayas customers at the desktop level.”
