CustomCall Data Systems (Booth 414) has released CustomCall Webtop, an information system for VoIP providers, sales agents and end users.

Webtop operates with CustomCalls StreamLine Billing System and StreamLine WorkFlow Manager. The company says this provides users with a single point of order entry and account management and integration with underlying service provider provisioning systems.

Webtop is available in three editions: reseller, agent and end user. The reseller edition provides common CRM functions such as order entry, billing inquiry, accounts receivable management and trouble ticket. Sales representatives using the agent edition can enter orders, manage their business and receive commission reports. The end-user edition provides customer self-service solutions and is coupled with e-bill, the Internet bill delivery and customer interface system.

CustomCall says VoIP providers can use Webtop to attract such resellers as ISPs, small cable operators and former UNE-P providers seeking to expand into the IP phone market.

Webtop provides an advanced, yet easy-touse portal for VoIP customers and service providers alike, says Frank Peregrine, chairman and CEO of CustomCall. CustomCalls billing and workflow engines are populated directly from Webtop, giving users the power of CustomCalls core products but without requiring extensive training or application deployment.
