Endeavor Telecom is kicking off 2011 with plans to bulk up staffing by 15 percent.

The company which provides operations support and fulfillment services for customers including VARs and systems integrators is pinpointing its Atlanta, Ga., headquarters for the increases. Some of the positions include junior- and senior-level jobs within the IT group, software development, and systems administration and system analysis. Endeavor particularly wants people with PMP certifications for its project management organization, and experienced technical experts for its operations engineering department.

Atlanta has proven to be a tremendous pool of talent and I’m pleased to be able to improve daily operations and fuel our growth using it as a primary source of human capital,” said CEO Justin R. McLain. “While we are always focused on earnings, we do not want to rest lazily on the benefits of our past successes. Endeavor posted a 35 percent level of growth last year and we plan on exceeding that this year and next.”

Endeavor provides services including inside wiring and equipment installation, and fulfillment such as equipment configuration, staging and testing.
