Ericsson Launches Third Release of MX-ONE IP PBX for Enterprises

Ericsson has announced the third release of its MX-ONE, a server-based multimedia communications platform that combines mobile and fixed functionalities across private and public networks.

The latest version of the MX-ONE IP-PBX boasts extended system capacity for up to 50,000 end users, standardized management and Web-based tools. Designed for medium and large enterprises, MX-ONE Version 3 includes several enhancements, including support for the SIP for IP telephony, the integration towards Microsoft Live Communication Server, network identification of the origin of emergency calls made from IP phones, and enhanced security and encryption.
