Estech Systems Inc. (ESI), which makes business phone systems and provisions cloud services, has beefed up its channel program with new levels, more training and certification programs, and more marketing resources.

Here’s how the new program looks. First, resellers now may join one of three tiers: Select, Premium or Elite. With each one, partners get different benefits.

  • Select provides access to ESI’s online portal, which contains marketing materials, technical documents and more.

  • Premium partners earn higher compensation than Select, and may take part in ESI’s marketing co-op program to land marketing funds; the amounts are based on system sales and mix of products sold. Funds can go toward training and certification, or to pay for ESI promotional items, or for direct or email campaigns. These resellers must complete ESI’s Sales and Level 1 certification program.

  • Elite partners earn the highest compensation, and participate in the most sales and technical training so they may provide service to end users. They also may earn marketing funds, plus they get access to ESI’s new lead-generation program.

All partners have access to the online portal. Further, ESI offers Cloud Level I Training, Cloud Sales Level I Certification and VoIP Network Certification Level II.

The introduction of the enhanced partner program coincides with the launch of ESI’s new cloud PBX platform.
