Evolve IP Extends OSSmosis Portal to Partners

Evolve IP announced Monday that it has extended its automated provisioning and support system to channel partners offering its cloud-based applications, infrastructure and security solutions. The OSSmosis portal is available now to all Evolve IP nationwide channel, wholesale, and private-label partners at no cost.

Within OSSmosis, Evolve IPs partners can manage all aspects of their customer accounts, including provisioning and managing hosted UC and Call Center solutions, managing passwords, building custom quotations, requesting special pricing, monitoring sales progress, and more. 

Built on SAP, IBM Tivoli/Netcool, Broadsoft Broadworks and proprietary Evolve IP technology, OSSmosis was first introduced to Evolve IP customers in February 2009, giving users a way to  view and manage the health and performance of their voice, data and security solutions; review billing details; and reference a library of training documentation and technical support resources.
