Futur Telecom (Booth 624) will be adding a wireless service, Futur Mobile, to its lineup of bundled services.

The service will be provided on AT&T Corp.’s nationwide wireless network and will be available via agents. Futur Telecom will be offering competitive plan packages, including handsets and accessories, as well as regular promotions on special services and products.

A company spokesperson says pricing on the offer will be "competitive — the same prices and rate plans as the ones you find in the market."

Customers also can access Futur Telecom’s complete array of telecommunication services, which include local, long-distance, toll-free numbers, data transfer, voice and Web conferencing, calling cards, Internet, installation and maintenance of phone systems and contact center solutions.

Futur Telecom also offers a management tool, the Master Report, which consolidates the billing for all services into one invoice. The company prides itself on a personalized

and proactive approach to customer service, including providing customers with direct extensions and e-mail addresses of customer service representatives.

"Do businesses customers have time to spend one hour on hold with their provider to place an order or make any modifications or trouble shooting?" says the spokesperson. "I don’t think so! Futur Telecom takes care of everything for the end users. With our various range of products and services, we want to make them save not only money, but above all time."
