A new partnership between G12 Communications and CCG Telecom aims to make it easier and more economical for customers of all sizes to deploy and fully benefit from unified communications with AudioCodes One Box 365.

G12 Communications is a cloud-based provider of unified communication services, while CCG Telecom is a Microsoft Unified Communications integration partner. Together, they will bring streamlined Microsoft Lync deployments with Enterprise Voice to businesses running Microsoft Office 365.

Rick Coma, CEO of G12 Communications, tells Channel Partners that demand for unified communications is growing and a lot of businesses have been considering deployment, “but have concerns about the complexities and management.”

“This is a better solution that will save them time and money,” he said. “CCG brings their deep Lync and Audiocodes deployment experience while G12’s Lync and AudioCodes-certified SIP trunking solution creates flexibility, reliability and savings compared to traditional telephony costs.”

CCG Telecom will integrate AudioCodes One Box 365 on-premises with G12’s SIP trunking solution, with the goal of reducing customers’ cost of ownership for a unified-communications system by as much as 70 percent.

“Up to this point, for a small-to-medium enterprise to fully benefit from the promise of Unified Communications, they were looking at multiple vendors, significant capital investment and bringing on a full-time staff to manage and support the solution,” said Kevin Yorio, principal of CCG Telecom.

Now, with a single piece of hardware deployed on site, customers can gain the full power of UC – including Microsoft Lync with Enterprise Voice, Yorio said.

G12 is both a Microsoft Lync-certified and an AudioCodes partner. CCG, also Lync-certified and Audiocodes Platinum-certified, is recognized for its proficiency in Microsoft Unified Communications deployments.
