Three more brands have joined the Geek Squad channel program so they can offer ’round-the-clock tech support services to their customers.

The newest partners are Black Box Resale Services, a division of Black Box Network Services, BroadVoice and wiresurfer.

Black Box is a large VAR; BroadVoice is an IP services provider; and wiresurfer is a unique form of telecom agency, akin to an Expedia.com for SMBs buying communications products.

Geek Squad launched its partner program earlier this year at the Spring 2012 Channel Partners Conference & Expo. So far the company has signed several master agents and IP services providers. The aim is for partners to offer services such as unlimited 24/7 tech support, as well as networking, mobile, PC and infrastructure services. There’s also diagnostics and repair, client and server administration, data backup and more.
