Global Capacity Group Releases Pro-Vision

Global Capacity Group Inc. (Booth 145), a Texas-based wholesale network integrator, has unveiled an online provisioning system that has been in development for more than two years.

The company says Pro-Vision ultimately will give customers and agents more control and visibility into the provisioning process and help sales partners more rapidly recognize sales.

Pro-Vision, a circuit order management system, allows customers and agents to submit pricing and orders for private line, IP transit, DSL and Ethernet connectivity. Pro-Vision is linked to more than 50 underlying network providers and some 40,000 on-net buildings, according to Global Capacity Group.

Global Capacity Group says the system gives customers and agents the ability to track orders, manage provisioning, and support billing processes. Pro-Vision also provides ongoing support by integrating into the network operations center portal. The provisioning process begins the same day an order is generated in Pro-Vision, according to Global Capacity Group.
