CHANNEL PARTNERS — Gryphon Networks (Booth 1131), which historically has worked with operators, is unveiling its Agent Partner Program.

The initiative targets partners who need to sell do-not-call compliance and sales intelligence for call centers and branch or mobile workers.

Gryphon said this is the first time it has offered a competitive incentive program to VARs and agents.

Gryphon’s services are accessible from any telephone, on any carrier, since they are hosted in the cloud. A mobile app for iPhone and Android, Click-to-Dial from Salesforce.com and dial-in are included for companies to incorporate branch office or distributed agents into company or regulatory compliance. Unlike premises-based offerings, no new hardware, software or complex carrier configuration is required to deploy.

Gryphon said its solutions are 100 percent warranted and indemnified to ensure marketing privacy compliance, and reduced risk and liability.

“The regulatory environment is getting more treacherous by the day,” said Jeff Fotta, Gryphon’s president and CEO. “Many companies that market via the telephone feel like they are ‘marketing themselves out of business’ as they scrub lists endlessly to comply with hundreds of federal and state do-not-call, TCPA wireless and call curfew regulations. We are excited to be able to work with the sales agents who empower their clients to do business more effectively with technology and innovation.”
