Huawei this week made a couple of enterprise-centric announcements.

The first is that the China-based equipment maker has teamed with Newegg, a website that sells laptops and other electronics. Now, resellers and distributors may offer Newegg’s products to their SMB customers.

Huawei also launched its Enterprise Services and Support division and Certified Service Partner Program.

The former offers around-the-clock call center services, equipment delivery and technician support across the U.S. market. The unit operates out of Mechanicsburg, Penn., with help provided by technicians in Plano, Texas; China; and Romania. On-site parts and technician assistance is available to more than 40,000 U.S. locations, and next-day parts delivery also is an option.

The latter helps enterprises and partners deploy and maintain Huawei’s products and services. Capabilities are provisioned by Essintial, a company that supports OEMs and channel partners.
