Ingram Micro Partners Soon to Sell Siemens Cloud Products

Ingram Micro Inc.s services division is expanding its cloud portfolio with Siemens Enterprise Communications products for SMBs.

This week, Ingram Micro said it will sell Siemens hosted unified communications and collaboration (UCC) platforms, beginning in the third quarter.

VARs, managed services providers (MSPs) and other channel partners will be able to resell the entire UCC portfolio which includes the OpenScape cloud services or offer it piecemeal. Siemens hosted OpenScape products give SMBs with 50-500 users a pay-per-use UC platform.  

The combination of cloud computing and unified communications solutions is redefining how businesses engage, and bringing with it profitable new services opportunities for network-savvy IT solution providers and MSPs who are eager to embrace cloud-based technologies,” said Renée Bergeron, vice president of managed services and cloud computing at Ingram Micro North America.

Ingram Micro further plans to launch a Cloud Marketplace that will give channel partners access to a range of vendors UCC platforms, for SMBs and enterprises.
