IntelePeer Intros New UC Bundles for SIP Trunking Services

IntelePeer has introduced two enhanced CoreCloud Unified Communications (UC) bundles UC Basic and UC Local for SIP trunking services.

IntelePeer says the new bundles offer all-in-one inclusive packages that allow businesses to predict their SIP trunking costs. CoreCloud UC bundles are available in a month-to-month package, or provided on a discounted, longer-term basis. Customers count up the number of users or ports they want on their communications system and purchase the same number of CoreCloud UC bundles.

The bundles offer support for high definition (HD) audio calls and secure media encryption via Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP). The bundles also  include comprehensive service reporting and email-based alerts that give customers real-time notification of capacity management, the company said.

"Our enterprise customers face a lot of pressure to rapidly activate and realize the value of their UC solutions. At the same time, they need the flexibility to make changes as their business and communications needs evolve," said Margaret Norton, general manager, enterprises at IntelePeer.

The new CoreCloud UC Local Bundle includes local calling much like a traditional voice PRI service. The enhanced CoreCloud UC Basic bundle consists of all of the features of the local bundle and adds a dedicated phone number per user either a new number or port of an existing number; local, mobile, toll-free and long distance calling in the U.S. and Canada; toll-free numbers; caller ID, E911 and fax support; no installation fees; 24x7x365 support; and more.
