Channel partners who have developed certain types of applications for enterprises may take advantage of IntelePeer Inc.’s new Fluent Marketplace.
IntelePeer debuted the portal on Wednesday, billing it as an exchange where businesses shop for specialized communications and collaboration apps, such as for contact centers or UC stacks.
It’s mostly vendors that have offerings on the portal but IntelePeer said partners with customized apps also may sell those wares on the Fluent Marketplace. Examples of the apps already available focus on call recording and IVR.
IntelePeer will be adding more apps partners as it vets them. The cloud communications provider tests and pre-certifies all of the apps on Fluent Marketplace to make sure they meet performance and quality requirements, and to ensure they work with customers’ existing services and equipment.
