Master agency Intelisys recently promoted Carol Beering to the position of senior vice president, sales operations.

Beering has been with Intelisys since 2003, originally hired as director of partner support. She took on what was called “Project Ritz” part of the company’s effort to build a world-class brand and partner experience that would resonate with top performers in the industry.

Beering was promoted to vice president in 2008, taking on the added responsibilities of marketing operations, supplier management and software development, as well as providing operational leadership and guidance for other programs and initiatives. In recent years, Intelisys says Beering and her team have made huge contributions in supporting the growth of national sales efforts; developing a Club TPC partner incentive program; developing and launching cable initiatives; and rebranding and developing Channel Connect, the company’s channel networking event.

Among her tasks in 2013, Beering will support Intelisys’ cloud-services sales efforts, CloudUniversity and VAR recruiting initiatives.

“Carol has made an unparalleled contribution to Intelisys success,” wrote Jay Bradley, Intelisys president, in a note to staff last month. “Her legendary work ethic, contagious enthusiasm and outstanding leadership by example are among the traits that make Carol such a valued colleague and awesome teammate.”
