Intelisys Upgrades Audex

Master agency Intelisys Communications Inc. has upgraded its telecom asset management platform, Audex, and is offering no-obligation trials on its website.

The latest version of the hosted software, Audex 3.0, gives telecom agents a way to streamline their business processes; it serves as a portal for end users to access their managed services. For agents, though, some new features will come in handy. For example, theres a custom report builder that comes with a large degree of flexibility and customization,” said Justin Kelley, lead software developer for Intelisys.
