Two new InterCall products, CrisisConnect and MeetingSense, which launched to InterCall’s wholesale organization this summer, are being showcased for agents at the Fall 2008 Channel Partners Expo.

CrisisConnect Online, a Web-based critical communication tool powered by MIR3, takes control of messaging, allowing connections with employees, customers, vendors or PR and legal teams in a moment’s notice through e-mail, voice, fax, pager or text broadcasts. CrisisConnect Online allows users to:

  • Coordinate personalized, time-sensitive broadcasts that can reach recipients simultaneously via multiple channels to increase response rates

  • Start a conference call automatically with recipients who have been reached by phone

  • View reports that provide immediate transmission details

  • Track the notification process in real time

Also, keeping people connected is InterCall’s MeetingSense application, which enables users to automatically capture, distribute, then archive and manage all of the critical information that is shared during meetings. With MeetingSense, users can integrate into Outlook calendars to optimize meeting setup; capture meeting notes, action items, audio and more; instantly customize and send all captured information via a comprehensive, organized e-mail summary; and access captured meeting information and action items through the intuitive MeetingSense dashboard.
