Intermedia.NET Inc., an exchange-hosting and Web-hosting enterprise for SMBs, on Monday launched a private-label exchange-hosting program that allows Web hosts, IT resellers and consultants to sell Microsoft exchange hosting under their own brands.

Resellers sign up online, with no setup fee. Upon registration, resellers can resell the hosted exchange offering, which runs on an EMC SAN and clustered servers. The offering includes a control panel resellers can customize with colors fonts and a personalized logo, plus support documentation and a suite of rebrandable marketing materials.

Resellers pay Intermedia.NET a wholesale fee starting at $7.50 per mailbox. Also available wholesale are hosted BlackBerry, GoodLink, enhanced anti-spam, archiving and other services, the company said.

Resellers provide Level 1 technical support to end customers, while receiving 24/7 Level 2 support from Intermedia.NET. Resellers also receive free system upgrades, maintenance and updates, strategic advice on branding and an account manager, the company said.
