Lingo, MicroCorp, Fresh Off Acquisitions, Form Partnership
Both companies enjoyed an active 2020.
Lingo Communications and MicroCorp, two companies that have recently engaged in M&A, formed a partnership.
Lingo, the IP-based voice and data provider, now distributes its offerings through MicroCorp, in addition to several other master agents. MicroCorp’s agents can sell Lingo’s portfolio, which includes SD-WAN and wireless managed services, and leverage the vendor’s back-office team.
Both companies hail from Georgia.
