Agents for Liquid Networx now may sell three of Acumera‘s platforms to IT departments overseeing convenience stores, gas station chains, retailers and restaurants.
Acumera integrates multiple telecom services and commercial equipment monitoring into one broadband connection. The provider also provides online monitoring and technical support; it specializes in serving multilocation retail companies. Its deal with Liquid Networx means Liquid partners will market private-label versions of Acumeras Merchant Gateway, AcuVigil Dashboard and Machine-to-Cloud Integration Engine. The products come as part of a bundle of IT life-cycle management services and security products delivered by Liquid Networx’s subsidiary, ComplyGuard Networks.
Multilocation merchant IT departments are not only facing major shifts in compliance and security requirements, but also are burdened with an explosion in the number and type of new devices and equipment necessitating robust, high-availability connectivity,” said Don Douglas, CEO at Liquid Networx. We believe our engagement with Acumera complements and enhances our managed network services and PCI-compliance consulting practice.”
Dirk Heinen, CEO of Acumera, said the Liquid Networx partnership gives his firm new reach, too.
Beyond our ability to assist [Liquid Networx] in differentiating their service offerings, the strong market presence that Liquid Networx has outside our core convenience store base opens new opportunities for both companies,” he said.
