Lockheed Martin Joins Juniper Open IP Solution Program

Juniper Networks Inc. (JNPR) announced that Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co. has joined the Juniper Networks Open IP Solution Development Program (OSDP). As a member of the OSDP, Juniper Networks provides Lockheed Martin with access to the Partner Solution Development Platform (PSDP), which enables customers and partners to develop specialized applications on its JUNOS software.
The PSDP provides a set of resources, including a software development kit (SDK) with intelligent and secure interfaces to JUNOS routing and service functions, and technical and business support.

JUNOS software is the single operating system running routing, switching and security platforms from Juniper Networks. With its modular architecture and single-source code, JUNOS provides a foundation for delivering best-in-class performance, reliability, security and scale with attractive total cost of ownership, Juniper said.
