MegaPath Inc., which specializes in managed data, voice and security services, said on Monday it now offers hosted VoIP and, at the same time, launched a promotion on its Integrated Voice product.
The hosted VoIP, for companies that use MegaPaths Integrated Voice, has features including remote worker, find me/follow me, simultaneous ring, auto attendant and hunt groups. The capabilities are available to Integrated Voice customers, who already use a VoIP network but the hosted approach eliminates the need for premise-based servers. MegaPath did not immediately say what commissions ranges channel partners can expect on hosted VoIP sales.
MegaPath also announced on Monday it has re-priced its eight- and 16-integrated line/trunk service with T1 access, although the new tiers were not disclosed. The bundles will work with single and bonded T1s to provide unlimited and metered long-distance calling options. Customers can get free equipment rental for two- and three-year terms or they can buy the on-premise gear with a one-year commitment. Installation is free for all terms.
