MegaPath has made two big additions to its leadership team.
One is Arnaud Gautier, who returns to his role of senior vice president of product management and marketing, a role he left in 2010 after MegaPath merged with Speakeasy and Covad Communications.
Most recently, Gautier was senior VP of marketing a Fusion, where he led the company’s marketing and product-development efforts, overseeing enablement across all of Fusion’s sales channels. Before that, he was executive VP of product and customer experience, then chief marketing officer at Broadvox.
At MegaPath, Gautier will lead the go-to-market strategy and product development for the company’s voice, connectivity, managed services and cloud offerings.
The other new hire is Brenda Viloria, who takes over as vice president of customer care.
Viloria’s most recent job was executive VP of customer support at Wave Broadband. She has a wealth of telecommunications industry experience thanks to sales and leadership positions at Comcast, Dex Media and Verizon. At MegaPath, she’ll drive the company’s “vision of an enhanced customer experience.”
“This is a transformative year for MegaPath following two transactions that have positioned the company for growth in the cloud and unified communications services market,” said Hoffman. “Arnaud and Brenda are talented industry veterans with valuable knowledge and experience that are both ideally suited to help lead the company in its next phase of product innovation and service excellence.”
MegaPath sold its managed-services business to GTT Communications earlier this year for $152 million. Last fall, it sold off its network-services unit to Global Capacity.
