Bell will be responsible for business development and growth in DX for the enterprise channel, and Dickson will focus on UC to help enterprises understand and embrace the “rise of the mobile workforce,” the company said. IDC expects global spending on DX technologies (hardware, software, and services) will reach nearly $1.3 trillion this year.
Bell has more than 20 years of global sales management experience working with enterprises in North America, Europe and Asia, where he built, recruited, managed and grew sales operations. He previously was senior vice president of global sales at INAP, where he was focused on migrating IT workloads to outsourced services such as colocation, public cloud and private cloud. Prior to that, he was NTT America’s vice president and general manager of global solutions sales.

Dickson also brings 20 years of experience, helping clients understand the technologies available to meet changing communications needs. As vice president of national channel sales at Broadview Networks, which was acquired by Windstream last year, his experience includes taking the company’s hosted VoIP product to their sales force and gaining more than 250,000 users nationally.
“Peter and David join the team at the perfect time as we continue to become the digital-transformation agents of choice for our clients in various industries, overhauling IT infrastructure and all that it supports,” said Marshall Aronow, MetTel’s CEO. “Both executives understand thhahe business aspirations and challenges of clients going through digital transformation and have the insight and experience to provide the best possible solutions.”
MetTel’s portfolio includes such technologies as SD-WAN, UC, fleet management, the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, data analytics and communications management.
