CHANNEL PARTNERS Master agency MPG Management Associates Corp. (Booth 8005) has made some personnel changes and technology additions, all to benefit its agents.

First, Bill Donnellan has joined MPG from RJE Telecom, where he managed Verizon buildouts as telecom project manager. He also has worked for Verizon as a product manager and knows the Broadview Networks and Cablevision (Optimum Voice) platforms. Donnellan now serves as operations manager for MPG and is agents’ point of contact for voice, data and hardware, MPG said.

Next, Carmine Yodice has taken on the role of channel manager and business development leader. Yodice specializes in network service, equipment, and hosted and managed services, MPG said. He aims to provide agents with information on new technologies, products and services, according to the company.

Finally, MPG said it has invested in some back-office updates for its partners. There’s a new online agent portal that eliminates wait times for information, and a new commissioning software system.
