Broadvox LLC announced Tuesday interoperability certification between the Multi-Tech Systems MultiVOIP FX SIP Gateway and Broadvox GO! SIP Trunking.

With Broadvox SIP Trunking and the MultiVOIP FX SIP Gateway it is possible to connect a company’s legacy PBX, fax or analog phones and seamlessly migrate to IP communications.

“Multi-Tech Systems gateways provide an affordable and viable alternative to traditional PSTNs,” said Pete Sandrev, vice president of customer experience at Broadvox. “Businesses can realize considerable savings while boosting productivity with a converged network supporting voice and data. The MultiVOIP FX SIP Gateway and Broadvox SIP Trunking make this possible for companies who are not yet ready to migrate to a pure IP Communications infrastructure.”

The MultiVOIP FX SIP Gateway bridge the gap between TDM equipment and Broadvox SIP Trunking. It also connects dissimilar PBX systems and provides networking capability to key telephone systems.

Broadvox SIP Trunking provides unlimited local and long-distance calling, discounted toll-free, and international calling as well as E911, DIDs and local number portability. Business continuity, dynamic load balancing and geographical distribution are available to businesses and contact centers nationwide.
