NetSuite Deploys Premiere Global Operating System

Premiere Global Services Inc. said NetSuite Inc. has deployed its audio and Web conferencing solutions to NetSuites locations around the world.

NetSuite enables its daily international sales and operational reviews with ReadyConference GlobalMeet, a VoIP platform. GlobalMeet allows global conferencing access via a local dial-in number instead of incurring long-distance charges plus conferencing usage fees.

International call quality has always been a challenge. Easy-to-use and convenient, GlobalMeet has improved our international conference calls because the clear audio enables participants to focus on the meeting at hand and not worry about bad connections, said Maurice Smallwood, NetSuite vice president of IT.

NetSuite also recently deployed Premiere Globals training application, based on integrated audio and Web conferencing to record training sessions and push content to customers quickly in a live, on-demand format.
