New ADTRAN IP PBX Targets SMBs

ADTRAN Inc. has introduced the NetVanta 7060 Modular IP PBX for SMBs needing up to 50 stations per location.

The product lets companies move to VoIP using one platform and comes with integrated voice mail and a multilevel auto attendant. The NetVanta 7060 also provides several key system features such as shared line appearance and busy lamp field /direct station select. It offers flexible network connectivity thanks to support for SIP trunking, T1/PRI and analog connections.

The system also includes an 802.3af 24-port PoE switch supporting 802.1Q VLANs and 802.1p class of service.

Network administrators further can monitor voice quality and identify and correct quality of service issues through a graphics-based tool.

The NetVanta 7060 with 24 ADTRAN 706 IP phones lists at approximately $411 per station. ADTRAN will ship the product in North America starting in June.
