New Momentum Telecom Acquisition Expands Products and Services, Footprint

The latest Momentum Telecom acquisition, Altus Technology, will expand the reach of its cloud communications, collaboration and managed network.

The Momentum Telecom acquisition marks the next chapter in its growth strategy. In addition, it further expands the company’s existing UCaaS and managed network offerings and footprint.
Momentum is a Georgia-based provider of managed network, data and internet solutions. The company isn’t saying how much it’s paying for Altus.

Jones is joining the Momentum team as executive vice president of product.
Last month, Momentum joined Sandler Partners‘ roster of suppliers. The team-up brings together Momentum and Sandler, the California-based master agent. Sandler’s agent network can sell Momentum’s VoIP, broadband, unified communications and cloud services as a result.
Momentum has evolved into a $160 million business over 20 years.
