Mitel has opened a new Executive Solution Center in Herndon, Va., to serve the Washington, D.C. metro area.

It’s the first in a series of new solutions centers designed to help Mitel customers get hands-on unified communications, cloud and contact-center experience to open in strategic U.S. markets over the next year.

"Mitel’s Executive Solution Centers provide much more than product demos. They give our customers an immersive experience to evaluate options, plan for their own organization and ultimately select the best solution to meet their business goals," said Tim Gaines, VP of sales for the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America, for Ottawa-based Mitel. "The centers enable tremendous opportunities for Mitel and our business partners to collaborate with our customers to help ensure they select the right technologies and services based on their unique requirements," said Gaines.

Cloud solutions and migration strategies are central to Mitel’s Executive Solution Centers.
