Nice Partners with Microsoft, Creates Co-Sell Arrangement for CXone

Nice and Microsoft have expanded their partnership to deliver personalized digital experiences via CXone on Azure. Microsoft granted Nice top-tier status, the software giant’s highest level partner designation, for Azure IP co-sell.
Nice says it is driving deeper collaboration and strong go-to-market momentum. Together, the companies plan to accelerate the adoption of CXone through a joint global go-to-market co-selling strategy. Nice and Microsoft will work together with key strategic accounts enabling a faster path to the cloud.
This partnership leverages the power of CXone to help organizations transform their customers’ experiences. In addition, the companies plan to build a digital first customer service operation.
