OneStream Networks, the Rochester, New York-based provider of managed voice services, SIP and unified communications, has hired Michael Machonkin as its new vice president of sales.

Partners will recognize Machonkin for his 20 years or experience in telecom sales, operations, business development, marketing and product development. Most recently, he was VP of sales and marketing with Globalinx, where he was part of a team that built the VoIP services provider from the ground up.

At OneStream, Machonkin will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the company’s channel program and enterprise suite of managed voice and UC services.

“Mike’s proven track record in sales, marketing, product development and operations is a great fit to help us to continue to drive new revenue growth and efficiencies across our organization,” said Brian Skidmore, OneStream Networks’ chief sales and marketing officer. “Mike brings significant experience and relationships to our team that will be leveraged to help accelerate our growth.”

Among OneStream Networks’ channel programs is a Global Solutions Partner program offered to a select group of VARs, integrators, master agents and consultants. These partners get access to OneStream’s full TrueGlobal services portfolio; sales and engineering support; “aggressive” monthly commissions; and more.

Other partners can participate in the company’s agent program (all masters, agents, VARs and referral partners) who can take advantage of ongoing support such as educational webinars, networking events and training guides. OneStream also offers a White Label Wholesale program designed to give its partners an additional revenue opportunity while maintaining the primary customer relationship. The white-label offering can include implementation, all levels of support and billing integration. These partners also get access to the webinars, other training and networking.
