Pac-West Telecomm Inc. (Booth 215), a provider of broadband communications services to service providers and enterprise customers in the western U.S., today announced it will launch VoIPpro, its new VoIP solution, to the agent sales channel at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Las Vegas.

Pac-Wests VoIPpro solution offers a complete suite of Internet applications and enhanced functionality not previously available with circuit-switched technology. In addition, VoIPpro enables geographically dispersed companies to cost-effectively connect multiple sites and remote workers via a centrally managed voice and data IP communications service. Users can access and manage all of their communications services from any Internet access method, including web-based wireless devices, through an easy-to-use, web-based interface.

Wayne Bell, Pac-Wests vice president of marketing and sales, says, The addition of VoIP services to our product suite provides agents with a tremendous competitive advantage. Pac-Wests VoIPpro solution enables them to address the growing momentum in the enterprise market for the cost savings, flexibility, and enhanced services now available with IP-based communications solutions, such as click-to-dial, unified messaging, web telephony, and Outlook integration.

Pac-West also offers agents a comprehensive suite of voice, data, and Internet services. To learn more about Pac-Wests agent program and view a VoIPpro demonstration contact Rod Watkins at (209) 926-4033 or [email protected].
